ANNUAL INVEST CANADA CONFERENCE

Since 2021, Quest Audio Visual has been serving as the AV Partner for the CVCA Team, assisting them in producing their Invest Canada Event. Our collaboration began by delivering fully remote live streaming services for their virtual conference, establishing a solid rapport in the process. Building upon this relationship, we went on to provide comprehensive event production services for the 2022 Invest Canada Conference at The Westin Ottawa and, most recently, at JW Parq by Marriot in Vancouver for Invest Canada 2023.
During the 2023 Conference, Quest Audio Visual was engaged as a third-party AV service, selected based on our client’s confidence in our ability to comprehend their vision and effectively execute their event production requirements. Our contributions to this conference included a remarkable 65′ x 13′ LED wall backdrop on the main stage and ambient lighting throughout the venue space. We also designed captivating backdrops for two breakout rooms, incorporating our unique set pieces. Furthermore, we supplied AV equipment rental and skilled personnel for various other breakout rooms, indoor and outdoor receptions, and foyer screens dedicated to sponsors and the conference agenda. These screens consisted of both TV displays and our innovative LED iPosters.
