Bowmanville’s Rockin’ Rotary Ribs & Brews

Quest Audio Visual had the pleasure of providing AV support for the 2019 Bowmanville Rockin’ Rotary Ribs & Brews in Clarington, Ontario. In its 12^th year, this annual Rib Fest has built a reputation for bringing the best ribs, local food, craft beer, musical entertainment and family activities together in one place.

In addition to providing technical support and labour, Quest AV supplied a 9’x16′ 5.9mm LED Wall mounted on an engineered approved raised truss structure. The LED Wall was programmed with in-house custom content and client-provided content to support event announcements, live entertainment and more. As the Toronto Raptors were in the midst of their NBA Championship title pursuit, we were fortunate enough to be able to live stream Game 5 of the NBA Finals on our LED wall for event attendees which was a huge hit with all.

Given that the entirety of the event was outdoors, Quest AV worked closely with event hosts and third-party engineers to ensure all safety standards were met and adhered to.
