2018 Ontario Awards Gala: Royal LePage

The Quest Audio Visual team has been partnering with Royal Lepage on their events for over five years now. Together, we help to produce and support their events around the world, including their 2018 Ontario Awards Gala.

This year’s crowd was the biggest yet with over 1500 attendees throughout the course of the evening at Beanfield Centre in Toronto. The team at Quest AV provided entire AV production services for the recent awards ceremony, including HD projection and LED screens to ensure that all attendees had a clear sightline of all the action happening up on stage.

This event was designed and executed in two parts; the awards ceremony and the following after-party. The after-party portion of the event featured multiple on-stage entertainment acts including a performance from Juno nominated artist, Karl Wolf. We incorporated the use of our 2.8mm LED panels to utilize as a stage design initially for the awards ceremony and then also utilizing the LED panels as a decor function above the dance floor throughout the after-party.

Using our in-house custom content and graphics, we were able to strategically design content displayed on the LED panels which allowed for an event design and overall attendee experience that was truly captivating.
