What is the required lead time to book AV for my conference?

Live events are back at high compacity, which means resources are booked in advance as early as 9 to 12 months before the event. For large full-scale events, we recommend six or more months of lead time to help ensure that equipment and technical support will be available to support your events. If you are working with shorter lead times, we no problem, we will do everything we can to provide you with quality AV solutions!

Can you support multiple events across Canada?
Yes. We’ve built many trusted partnerships with our clients where our team can travel to different event venues across North America and a few global locations to deliver and execute our client event production services personally.
Do you provide technical support for speakers?
Yes. Working with the event organizers, we can arrange a technical rehearsal with speakers to make them comfortable on stage or on a virtual live-stream platform. This experience also lets the speaker know what to expect and how to leverage the AV equipment to optimize their presentation.
Can you customize the audio visual presentations to match our different sponsors?
Yes! We have different creative solutions that can help showcase and highlight the branding and theme of your event’s experience and your sponors’ branding.
Will we have a dedicated team to work with?
Once your event is confirmed, your account executive will introduce you to your dedicated Project Manager, who will work with you on the logistics of delivering your Event production and Technical Support needs. Your technical support team will also be introduced to you closer to the time of the event execution.
Can we request who our project managers or technical support team members are?
Yes, of course! We have clients who had great experiences with our project managers and technical support team, and have requested them for future events. In most cases, we can accommodate these requests if they are not already assigned to a project for the exact event dates.
Can you provide additional audiovisual support for breakout rooms or parallel sessions?
Yes we can. Once we have a full schedule of your event plans including breakout sessions, we will work with you to define the technical onsite support requirements and will schedule accordingly.
