Ethics

Quest Audio Visual’s policy is that its employees uphold the highest standards of ethical and professional behaviour. To that end, employees shall dedicate themselves to carrying out the mission of this organization and shall

  1. Hold paramount the public’s safety, health and welfare in performing professional duties.
  2. Act in such a manner as to uphold and enhance personal and professional honour, integrity and dignity of the profession.
  3. Treat all persons with respect and consideration, regardless of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, maternity, marital or family status, disability, age or national origin.
  4. Engage in carrying out Quest Audio Visual’s mission in a professional manner.
  5. Build professional reputations on the merit of services and refrain from competing unfairly with others.
  6. Respect the structure and policies adopted by Quest Audio Visual.
  7. Demonstrate the highest standards of personal integrity, truthfulness, honesty, and fortitude in all activities in order to inspire confidence and trust in such activities.
  8. Avoid any interest or activity that is in conflict with the conduct of their official duties.
  9. Respect and protect privileged information to which they have access in the course of their official duties.
  10.  Strive for personal and professional excellence and encourage the professional developments of others.

Employees

Customers

We are committed to providing high quality, good value services which meet all applicable safety standards. We value the trust our customers place in us and will safeguard the information provided to us in accordance with relevant laws and contractual commitments. We must treat every client as though they were our single largest and most important customer. Please take exceptional care in showing the greatest respect to every client, no matter how demanding they may be. As the old adage goes “The customer is always right”. If you have difficulties dealing with, or conversing with, a particular client, please take the time to make your immediate manager aware. Do not allow the client to experience a sub-standard level of service.

Service Partners and Suppliers

We are committed to establishing mutually beneficial relations with our suppliers and service partners with like- minded dedication and ideals. We aim to protect our property (including intellectual property) and respect the property of others. In our business dealings we expect our partners to respect our business principles. Along with this comes a mutual respect between all of our service partners and us. In many cases, our service partners can also be our clients and as such, it is imperative to treat all persons regardless of position in the proverbial “food chain” with like respect and admiration. Please be sure to treat everyone on a job site with respect.

Business Integrity

We will not give or receive, directly or indirectly, bribes or other improper advantages for business or financial gain. No employee may offer, give or receive any gift or payment which is, or may reasonably be construed as being, a bribe. All gifts to employees over a minimum value of $ 100.00 will be disclosed and recorded.

Conflicts of Interest

Our employees must avoid personal activities and financial interests that could conflict, or be perceived to conflict, with their responsibilities to the Company. Quest Audio Visual’s employees must not seek gain for themselves or others through misuse of their positions. Any circumstances that could give rise to a potential conflict of interest must be disclosed in full to the Company and recorded.
